The Social Service Delivery Systems Team is led by Mr. Yoshiaki Yamasaki, MSEd. A native licensed psychologist of Mexico, Mr. Yamasaki's work experience includes 20 years of HIV/AIDS services, in service design, delivery and management. He served as the Director of AIDS Services for Congreso de Latinos Unidos, the largest Latino Organization in the North East USA, he has also served as the Health Planner for the City of Philadelphia, coordinating planning for the delivery of HIV prevention funding in Philadelphia. In addition to his work as a psychologist (specialized in social psychology) in Mexico he provides education and training around Cultural Diversity, Human Sexuality, language competency, Sexually transmitted Infections, Domestic Violence, Mental Health and HIV, AIDS 101, Certified Train the trainer for prevention counseling and testing, etc.  Mr. Yamasaki has received a United Nations Commendation for his work in the field of HIV/AIDS in Mexico. Award from Asian American Journalist Association of Philadelphia for contributions to Asian and Pacific Islander Communities. He was the  Pennsylvania representative in the 33rd Informational Journal on Mental Health for the Mexican Institute of Mexicans Aboard and the Secretary of International Relations Mexico, Guadalajara, Mexico, he was recognized for Outstanding Work in the Human Sexuality Program for the University Autonomous Metropolitan, Mexico, received by the J. Reyes Heroles High School Award for Excellence in Human Sexuality Education and a Fray Bernardino Alvarez Psychiatric Hospital: Award and recognition for work in Clinical Psychology.  Mr. Yamasaki is fluent in three languages (English, Spanish, Japanese) and has a Master's of Science Degree in Education (Human Sexuality) from the University of Pennsylvania.
