Coalition and Capacity Building TPAC/WHCI's Coalition and Capacity Building Team is led by Mr. Larry Hochendoner, MGA.Services are focused on local and international development and sustainability focused on minority and disenfranchized populations.We developed extensive experience in transforming cultures of compliance into cultures of commitment, conflict resolution, assisting in the stabilization of health infrastructures, social engineering, particularly in times of social and/or economic strife.
Medical Care and Health Delivery Systems TPAC/WHCI's Medical Care and Health Delivery Systems Team is directed by Dr. Arthur Williams.Dr. Williams is a leader in the area of treatment compliance and treatment adherence and is a widely recognized HIV/AIDS specialist. Social Services Delivery Systems The Social Service Delivery Systems Team is led by Mr. Yoshiaki Yamasaki, M.S. Ed.TPAC/WHCI provides technical assistance and training for service providers:1. Service design and interventions, delivery and management of education and prevention programs, health planning for minority populations.2. Certification for Prevention Counselors and Testers3. TPAC/WHCI provides education and training around Cultural Diversity, Human Sexuality, Language Competency, Values Clarification, Sexually Transmited Infections, Health Decision Making, Mental Health, Risk Reduction and Harm Reduction, Drug and Alcohol and Risk Behaviors, etc.Also, TPAC/WHCO provides HIV/AIDS supportive services.
Program Evaluation and Technical Assistance Program Evaluation and Technical Assistance Team is lead by Ms. Lili-An Elkins, MPA, J.D.TPAC/WHCI is an expert on the collection of data with respect to HIV/AIDS services and the evaluation of HIV/AIDS Service Delivery.TPAC/WHCI can assist in development and implementation of program evaluation for a variety of program interventions.In addition, TPAC/WHCI works both nationally and internationally, providing administrative, programmatic, and financial technical assistance to CBO's and NGOs that provide health care, HIV/AIDS, and employment services. Also providing technical assistance in educational program development focusing on information technology, data security, public policy and administration.TPAC/WHCI also provides trainings in the areas of: Legal Services, Public Health Services, Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, Rape and Insest (prevention/treatment and care).Click Here to contact Ms. Lili-An Elkins
Finance and Resource Development Finance and Resource Development Team is lead by Ms. Maureen McAleer.TPAC/WHCI provides technical assistance and fiscal incubator services managing the financial operations for profit and non-profit organizations. TPAC/WHCI has extensive experience in monitoring and training government sub-grantees on fiscal relations, as well as coordinating and monitoring federal, state, and organizational budgets.
